Can you please pass the solt?

Autumn and I were out to dinner tonight and I had asked her if she wanted the salt for her french fries. The rest of our conversation went like this:

Autumn: "Solt! Solt! Solt!"
Me: "What?"
Autumn: "Solt! Its British for salt!"
Autumn: "Go ask Robert Pattinson or Bobby Long or something and ask them to say salt. They'll say it just like that. Solt!"

Later in the evening at home we were eating some of the banana bread I had made a few days ago. She asks me how you make banana bread. I start telling her to ingredients, last one being salt. She says:

"Salt? Don't you mean SOLT?!"
